She is responsible for promoting and monitoring the company’s modified duty program, where she encourages medical providers to return injured workers to work (restricted duty) when applicable. Ms. Pratt-Philips serves as a liaison between injured workers, management, site management, adjuster, attorneys, and medical providers, maintaining advocacy balance.

Ms. Pratt-Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston, a Master's in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University, is a licensed All-Lines Adjuster, holds a Paralegal Certificate, and has obtained her certification in 40-Hour Basic Mediation with a advanced certification in Marital Disputes, and Certification in Child Protective Services. She has used her mediation skills and knowledge to reduce settlement costs and obtain favorable settlements for employers.
